As opposed to larger organisations, management teams with SMEs are relatively more often faced with issues relating to financial stretch. Correspondingly, lengthy IT project curriculums do not exist with SME organisations. The time is not there, nor are the resources.
Following the SCRUM model, speed and efficiency are applied to completion of the project endeavour as long as the framework is applied to development projects or coding activities related to infrastructure projects.
Innocope facilitates project management for clients, assuming the SCRUM master role. Reporting is provided as based on progress of sprints and as reflected in burndown rates.
