PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Following from more than two decades of being in charge of several complex endeavours, exercising the profession of project management remains a passionate interest. Of similar critical importance remain flows and aspects of project phases throughout the curriculum, i.e. maturation/conceptualisation, planning, execution, testing and roll-out/deployment. Finally, Innocope facilitates application of project measurements, reporting and performance evaluation.
Innocope primarily facilitates management of IT Projects, applying waterfall model, SCRUM and Kanban. Strategy project implementation is facilitated either through the Innocope programme management service offering or tailing the Intelleague® and/or Innoapt® consulting concepts. PRINCE2 Project management certification supports qualified guidance.
