REPORTING

Imperative to project and program management, detailed reporting on progress of planned activities, ETC and earned value must be provided steering committee members and other key stakeholders. 

Reporting also includes presence at status meetings, presenting progress and potential issues pending. 

While Innocope typically views the reporting service an integral part of supplying project and program management, selection depends on needs of the individual client. Different reporting schemes apply when facilitating SCRUM service.
